Job Description:
As an HR Recruiter at Sedulous Tech Solutions LLP, you play a pivotal role in shaping our team by identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent. Your responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for the organization.
- Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
- Employer Branding:
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of our employer brand.
- Actively participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and industry networking to attract top talent.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with HR and departmental teams to understand organizational goals and staffing requirements.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to define job descriptions, requirements, and candidate profiles.
- Recruitment Administration:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume reviews, and interview coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system.
- Onboarding Assistance:
- Support the onboarding process by ensuring a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Recruiter with a successful track record of hiring top talent.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, employment laws, and HR processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
